The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a damp moldy smell, consistently stocked with fresh bottled water, and a lovely patio next to the small pool. The service is warm and helpful, although some staff may benefit from more customer service training. The location is superb, just minutes away from Patong Beach and Bangla Road, providing easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants. The dining experience is delightful with a wide selection of dishes, especially appreciated by the friendly staff. However, the lack of sunbed space and occasional rude interactions slightly diminish the overall experience.
